We imagine, design and develop unique concepts and venues, creating space for the hospitality industry to reinvent itself.

Founded in 2015, FRENCH HOSPITALITY is the brainchild of a group of passionate hoteliers and entrepreneurs.

Vision

We develop each of our businesses and each of our brands with the ambition of becoming a leader in the hospitality sector.  We are passionate about each business, and we infuse our projects with innovation and creativity. Driven by a long-term vision, we strive to create a new generation of hospitality, offering a more digital and more human experience at once. Our values, shared by all of our employees, lie at the very foundation of our DNA.

Values

Innovation

Innovation is one of our core values. It enables us to be pioneers and to take on ever more ambitious projects. Innovation empowers employees, helping them to carve out new channels for growth. Through innovation, we are able to embark on responsible projects in line with their environment.

Excellence

The art of hospitality is a true skill, a craft. As hospitality professionals, we aim to promote French-style craftsmanship that stems from a long-standing tradition of providing the essential needs of food and shelter. Our hotel industry roots have inspired an operational rigor and discipline that extends to each of our brands and projects.

Culture

As lifestyle ambassadors, we strive to convey a sense of generosity and sharing. Welcoming guests, sharing a meal and exchanging ideas are rooted in our French way of life. We intend to combine our entrepreneurial spirit with a family-style approach that reflects our culture and our heritage.

Team

Agnès Trocard

Administration and Finance

Agnès Trocard

Living proof that one can be both epicurean and extremely disciplined, Agnes handles the finances. Both ours and yours. This former hotel manager’s obsession with profitability stems from total mastery of management tools (including Excel!), right down to the creation of her own media and software. She is a buyer, but also an exceptional negotiator.

Charlotte Chevassus

Sales and Marketing

Charlotte Chevassus

With an extensive business background, Charlotte has built both a strategic and operational vision when it comes to promoting an establishment. She has an excellent command of marketing tools and resources, enabling her to boost revenues for the projects she oversees. Her nuanced eye for detail and her analytical finesse are key success factors.

Sébastien Jacques

Conceptual Design and Operations

Sébastien Jacques

A born entrepreneur and tech enthusiast, Sébastien is passionate about innovation. The determination to continually push forward has fueled his strong convictions about what direction the hotel industry should take. He’s an expert in hotel management, but his global vision of the industry, his hands-on involvement and his strategic acumen are decisive assets in the success of his projects.

Hugues van Heesewijk

Strategy and Finance

Hugues van Heesewijk

A serial entrepreneur with a penchant for faraway travels, the co-founder of Squarebreak (sold to Accor in 2017) is at ease wherever he ventures. Which is fitting: in charge of development and strategy, he’s always on the hunt for the next best project. This polo player’s competitive spirit is a valuable resource when it comes to achieving his goals.

Maxime Lesaulnier

Customer Experience and Product

Maxime Lesaulnier

Maxime is an industry pioneer. He co-founded Squarebreak, sold to Accor in 2017 and is using his expertise in developing accommodation platforms to digitize the company’s services.

Sébastien Houzé

Technology and Innovation

Sébastien Houzé

He may have started his career using a Minitel and a landline over 20 years ago, but Sébastien is resolutely forward-facing when it comes to modern technology and particularly e-business. The former CTO of Very Last Room believes that technology should serve the product and remain in favor of user experience.

Armand, Timothée, Estelle, Jérémy, Marion, Mélissa, Emeline and Manon are also here to support you.
