This former hotel manager’s obsession with profitability stems from total mastery of management tools (including Excel!), right down to the creation of her own media and software. She is a buyer, but also an exceptional negotiator.

With an extensive business background, Charlotte has built both a strategic and operational vision when it comes to promoting an establishment. She has an excellent command of marketing tools and resources, enabling her to boost revenues for the projects she oversees. Her nuanced eye for detail and her analytical finesse are key success factors.

Conceptual Design and Operations



A born entrepreneur and tech enthusiast, Sébastien is passionate about innovation. The determination to continually push forward has fueled his strong convictions about what direction the hotel industry should take. He’s an expert in hotel management, but his global vision of the industry, his hands-on involvement and his strategic acumen are decisive assets in the success of his projects.

A serial entrepreneur with a penchant for faraway travels, the co-founder of Squarebreak (sold to Accor in 2017) is at ease wherever he ventures. Which is fitting: in charge of development and strategy, he’s always on the hunt for the next best project. This polo player’s competitive spirit is a valuable resource when it comes to achieving his goals.

Maxime is an industry pioneer. He co-founded Squarebreak, sold to Accor in 2017 and is using his expertise in developing accommodation platforms to digitize the company’s services.

He may have started his career using a Minitel and a landline over 20 years ago, but Sébastien is resolutely forward-facing when it comes to modern technology and particularly e-business. The former CTO of Very Last Room believes that technology should serve the product and remain in favor of user experience.
